Forum on risk management held
The Business Council of Mongolia and Mandal General Insurance Office jointly held a forum called “Risk Management 2011” on November 30.
The forum was intended to educate Mongolian businesses about risk management.
The forum’s slogan was, “Social risk is reduced when business risk is reduced.” Representatives of banks, the finance and mining sectors, domestic and foreign trade, production, service industries, and construction took part in the forum. Delegates read reports on topics including “Finance Management Risk,” “Risk of Information Protection,” and “Prior Experience of Risk Management in the Mining Sector.” Delegates discussed contemporary technology in risk management, creating databases to manage risk, accounting, and estimating risk.
