Mayor’s Office preparing meat reserve
The Food, Trade and Service Department of the Mayor’s Office is making preparations for this winter’s meat reserve.
The state has decided to reserve 12,000 tons of meat this winter. Twenty-two companies registered with the Mongolian Meat Union have been awarded contracts to process the meat.
The companies will be paid MNT 500 per kg of meat, with the money coming from the state budget. Most of the meat will be supplied by two companies, Makh Impeks LC and Just Agro LLC.
