Last Tuesday I posted about a Bloomberg article which explained that the Mongolian National Security Council has rejected a proposed mining plan that envisioned Peabody Energy, ( BTU ) Shenhua and a Russian/Mongolian group combining forces to develop the Tavan Tolgoi west concession.
