Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ According to the Bank of Mongolia, a money supply (broad money or M2) at the end of November 2011 reached MNT 6,133.7 billion, increase MNT 45.4 billion or 0.7 per cent against the previous month, and by MNT 2,194.1 billion or 55.7 per cent against the previous year.


At the end of November 2011, a currency issued in circulation reached MNT 678.9 billion, decreased by MNT 16.0 billion or 2.3 per cent against the previous month, and increased MNT 206.0 billion or 43.6 per cent against the previous year.

Loans outstanding at the end of November of 2011 amounted to MNT 5,438.7 billion, going up by MNT 216.8 billion or 4.2 per cent against the previous month, and by MNT 2,326.2 billion or 74.7 per cent against the previous year.

Principals in arrears at the end of November 2011 reached MNT 71.5 billion, increasing MNT 0.5 billion or 0.7 per cent against the previous month, but decreasing MNT 18.7 billion or 20.7 per cent against the previous year.

At the end of November 2011, the non-performing loans over the bank system reached MNT 343.2 billion, decreasing MNT 4.2 billion or 1.3 per cent against the previous month, and by MNT 27.7 billion or 7.5 per cent against 2010.

In November 2011, there were 22 trading days and 10.1 million shares valued MNT 34.0 billion were traded. The TOP-20 average index reached 21148.7, increasing 486.7 points against the previous month.
