MONGOLIAN LAWMAKERS TO LEAVE FOR SWITZERLAND
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The representation of Mongolia's parliament led by Speaker D.Demberel is to head to Bern, Switzerland, October 15, for the 125th assembly of International parliamentary union /IPU/.
The assembly will run October 16-19 at “Bernexpo” center to discuss the IPU's committee's report on the UN's issues and ways of amending the IPU rules, and will also discuss next assembly's agenda.
According to the tradition, sub-meetings are expected dedicated to financial market reform.
The Mongolian dekegation consists of head of Standing committee on Social policy, education, culture and science D.Ochirbat and B.Batbayar and S.Oyun MPs. During the assembly, Ts.Sharavdorj, a general secretary of parliamentary office, will attend a regular meeting of society of general secretaries of parliament.
