Mongolia has feasibility to raise fund in international market

The Democratic Party organizes serial discussion on economics development and the second discussion was held in the Government House on Tuesday.


The chairman of the DP, Ch.Saikhanbileg, read paper about economics development in many sectors and he noted that if Mongolia would develop diversified economics, citizens would take its result in short period of a time. Diversified economics has mining, agriculture, tourism and IT sectors.

Mining sector has intensive development and according to a proposal of the Government of Mongolia, economic growth could reach 20 percent in the end of 2011 in accordance of mining revenue. Along Oyutolgoi and Tavantolgoi deposit mines economic circulation, GDP per capita could reach USD5,000 in 2012.

Agriculture sector could develop wool, cashmere and meat export that could raise fund in the international marked, if we could decide transportation issues.

Ch.Saikhanbileg told that tourism sector could be developed along infrastructure development.

Also IT sector could be developed along legislation and infrastructure decision. IT sector has paid taxation of MNT470 billion to the budget in 2010 and the Government should pay attention to the sector’s facing problems.
