PREMIER MEETS JAPAN'S AMBASSADOR
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Prime Minister of Mongolia S.Batbold has promised Mr. Takenori Shimezu a support.
It was sounded on October 21 at a meetig with the Ambassador of Japan to Mongolia. The Premier said that an agreement between the two countries to forward the ties in accordance with a strategic partnership has opened a new chapter in the relations. To realize this partnenrship, the sides ought to jointly work out a middle-term plan, noted the PM and asked the Ambassador to pay attention to this matter.
S.Batbold underlined an importance of augmenting a frequency of high-level dialogues on occasion of the 40th anniversary of the Mongolia-Japan diplomatic relations to be marked next year.
The Premier also highlighted a significance of the economic partnership agreement in widening of the trade and economic cooperation, and expressed a hope that this document would be signed during the Ambassador's office term.
In turn, the Ambassador supported the PM's proposals and expressed his confidence that the economic partnership agreement would be a new step in the traditional relations.
