Committee discussing Mongolia’s role as DC chair
Foreign Affairs Minister and deputy head of National Council of the Democratic Community (DC) G.Zandanshatar has organized meetings in connection with Mongolia’s role as chair of the DC since July.
Officials including MPs R.Amarjargal, Z.Enkhbold, and Social Welfare and Labor Minister T.Gandi took part in a discussion about several issues related to Mongolia’s role as chair of the DC. They decided to establish branches of the Consultative Committee involving representatives of Parliament, civil society, business, the press, women, and youth in support of the National Council headed by Prime Minister S.Batbold.
The committee is holding its next meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade at 14.30 on Tuesday, with members discussing administrative issues of the DC. They will also state their support for democracy education and civil society.
