The SSC registered a new name of NNP

The State Supreme Court /SSC/ has discussed National New Party’s request of name and rules registration on October 7. Judges have decided that changes of name and rules of the party have met legislation requirement and the SSC has registered a new name of National New Party to Mongolian National Democratic Party.

The SSC has decided that Mongolian National Democratic Party /MNDP/ has not been registered by political parties list and registration of MNDP has not violated the laws on political party and on state registration of legal organizations and civil law.
