Northeast Asia lawyers to meet in Mongolia
An organization of lawyers from northeast Asia will hold its annual forum in Ulaanbaatar on October 13 to 15. This is the organization’s third annual forum, and the first to be held outside China. The event is being organized by the Mongolian Advocates’ Union.
120 lawyers from five countries will participate. They will discuss legal issues affecting countries in northeast Asia. Organizers are also planning to hold discussions on issues affecting lawmakers, lawyers, researchers, scholars, and businesses in the region. They see the forum as a tool for helping solve legislative and legal problems in the region, as well as for exchanging experiences and fostering cooperation.
