“My Ulaanbaatar” demonstration postponed
A demonstration planned for noon on Friday at Sukhbaatar Square to demand Ulaanbaatar get more representatives in Parliament has been cancelled.
The demonstration was being organized by the My Ulaanbaatar association, which was founded by J.Batzandan, a member of the national consultative committee of the DP who believes the number of MPs from the capital needs to be increased.
But Batzandan was forced to cancel the demonstration after police in the Sukhbaatar district did not grant permission for it.
