MONGOLIA ESTABLISHES DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS WITH PANAMA
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ Mongolia has established the diplomatic relations with the Republic of Panama.
It has been done under the Foreign Ministry's goal to create such ties with the UN members in frames of the 100th anniversary of contemporary diplomatic service of Mongolia and 50th anniversary of joining the UN.
The joint communiques on the relations were signed on January 17 in New York, USA, by Mrs. O.Enkhtsetseg, the Permanent Representative of Mongolia to the United Nations (UN), and her counterparts of the two countries.
The countries have agreed to develop the bilateral relations and cooperation in the political, economic, humanitarian and other sectors by maintaining the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, the UN Charter and principles and norms of international laws.
