International basketball tournament to be held
The Mongolian Basketball Federation is sponsoring the “UB Cup 2012” international tournament at the Sport Palace from February 7 to 12 with the assistance of Pepsi Cola.
The Mayor’s Office will help organize the tournament, which has already received applications from the Physical Training Institute of Inner Mongolia, institutes and universities in South Korea, the University of Sport and Science of Japan, and the Angarsk Academy of Science and Technology in Russia.
Two Mongolian basketball teams – the national select team and Khartsaga – will take part in the tournament.
