PM SENDS DRAFT RESOLUTION ON APPOINTMENT OF MINISTERS
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Premier S.Batbold submitted on Tuesday to the Speaker D.Demberel a parliament draft resolution on appointing six members of the cabinet.
According to the resolution, U.Khurelsukh has been nominated as the First Deputy Premier and member of the government, D.Khayankhyarvaa--as Minister of Finance, D.Tsogtbaatar--as Minister of Environment and Tourism, J.Enkhbayar--as Minister of Defense, Ts.Dashdorj--as Minister of Road, Transportation, Construction and Urban Development, and N.Khurelbaatar--as Minister of Health.
After receiving the resolution, the Speaker said he would tackle this matter by discussing it at meetings of parliamentary session and related Standing committee.
When submitting the resolution, the Premier mentioned about some urgent problems and said the government will take measures to reduce the price soar.
In response, the Speaker appreciated the cabinet's willingness to reduce the prices, and noted he had received delegates led by the president of Mongolia's Trade Unions.
