Kazakhstan and Mongolia mark 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations
"Kazakhstan and Mongolia mark the 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations," Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Mongolia to Kazakhstan Haraavch Ayuurzan told a press conference.
According to him, Mongolia was one of the first countries of the world to recognize Kazakhstan's independence and sovereignty and to establish diplomatic relations back to 1992.
"A series of political ad cultural events is being prepared to mark this significant date. First of all, Mongolian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Gombojab Zandanshatar is expected to visit Kazakhstan, also Ulan Bator Mayor is expected in Astana early Feb. Days of Astana City Culture will be held this September in Mongolia. We will also hold concerts of our artists in Astana Almaty cities and organize exhibitions," he resumed.
