New National Wrestling Champion granted an apartment

At this year’s Naadam festival, which also marked the 92nd anniversary of the Mongolian People’s Revolution, a new National Wrestling Champion was born. The champion, G.Erkhembayar, visited the horse trainers’ Naadam at Khui Doloon Khudag on July 13 and rushed to his home province after that. He is the first ever National Wrestling Champion born in Selenge Province, and he will have his Champion Title Celebration at Selenge Province’s capital on August 2, and he will celebrate at his home in Mandal soum on August 9.

After last year’s Naadam, G.Erkhembayar started wrestling under the sponsorship of Monde Group. Monde Group’s director, T.Tumendelger, praised G.Erhembayar’s championship win, and during the Horse Trainers’ Naadam, he granted the wrestler a key to a three room apartment located near Zaisan Hill. The Local Council of Selenge presented the wrestler with a Mercedes Benz G-Class 500 car as a gift for becoming a local hero.
