Japanese Minister for national policy to visit

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Japan's Minister of State for National Policy and Minister of State for the New Public Commons Mr. Koichiro Genba will pay a working visit to Mongolia January 4-6, 2011.
During the visit, Mr. Genba will be received by Mongolia's President Ts.Elbegdorj. To share views on the bilateral relations and cooperation, Mr. Genba will hold meetings with G.Zandanshatar, the Minister of Foreign Affairs; with Kh.Battulga, the Minister of Road, Transportation, Construction and Urban Development; with authorities of the Ministry of Mineral Resources and Energy and the Nuclear Energy Agency.

The Japanese Ministry of State for National Policy was established in 2009 by the Democratic Party of Japan at the structure of the cabinet. The main responsibility of the ministry is to draw up planning of the state budget, its allocation, and economic developmental policy. The ministry also plays a main role in determining policy and guideline of the economic foreign cooperation.
