D.Enkhbat to lead Civil Will-Green Party
Managing officials of Civil Will and Green Party political parties have recently concluded jointed agreement of alliance and agreed to hold the assembly on January 31. Officials will discuss some issues including party structure and elect management at the assembly. The merger party will be named Civil Will-Green Party and MP D.Enkhbat will lead it.
Besides, Mongolian Traditional United Party /MTUP/ and National New Party /NNP/ are intending to form alliance and Secretary-General of MTUP B.Batbold and Chief of NNP Ts.Tsolmon have decided to unite the parties in January and to declare alliance party name. They appealed to unite some civil organizations and councils that have active operation. Some NGOs that fight against mining procedures also declared to join them. Not having parliament seats, the parties and organizations do not have financial and political supports. Reason of merging is to begin preparation of Parliamentary election of 2012. Some people say N.Enkhbayar and M.Enkhsaikhan are behind the decision.
