Korea-Mongolia Friendship Concert
This year marks the 20th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Korea and Mongolia, and to celebrate this special year a friendship concert was held on Monday.
Korea's Ministry of Culture, Arts and Tourism along with the Korean embassy in Mongolia hosted a concert in the capital city of Ulan Bator to re-affirm the strong ties between the two countries.
Korean pop artists including idol group U-KISS and Mongolia's "3 Girls Band" as well as a traditional dance troupe hit the stage.
The friendship concert was followed by a reception marking the end of the "Korea Year in Mongolia" and a fundraiser to help a local special education school for the handicapped.
