EMPLOYED PEOPLE IN FIGURES
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ By December 2 of this year, 68,071 people have got jobs nationwide in frames of the Year of Supporting Employment. Some 29 thousand of them are women.
In terms of regions, 8,424 employed people have been registered in western aimags, 11,423--in Khangai region, 11,281--in central region and 4,855--in eastern one. 32,088 people have got job places in Ulaanbaatar city--some five thousand in each of Songinokhairkhan, Chingeltei, Khan-Uul, Bayanzurkh and Bayangol districts.
Khovd aimag has given jobs to the biggest number of people (1,898 people) in the western region, whereas Arkhangai aimag (2,293 people) has become the leader in Khangai region, Tov aimag (2,349 people)--in the central region, and Dornod aimag (2,031 people)--in the eastern.
A majority of the employed 12,602 people have been working in the construction sector, according to the survey.
