Judge General visits administration matters court
State Supreme Court Judge General and Court General Council Chief Ts.Zorig visited the Ulaanbaatar Court of Administration Matters on Thursday.
He studied the work of the court, noting that courts are working to implement judicial reform under a yearlong program initiated by President Ts.Elbegdorj. A national forum was organized to discuss judicial reform, with judges, lawyers, and citizens stating their opinions and suggestions. He underlined that reform and the reputation of courts are dependent on every court employee.
Ulaanbaatar Court of Administration Matters Judge General Kh.Batsuren briefly discussed the court’s activities. The court was established in 2004. He said that its caseload increased threefold from 2004 to 2005, and the court is currently overloaded with cases.
