HEADS OF STANDING COMMITTEES APPOINTED
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ On Thursday, a plenary meeting of the parliamentary session selected new heads of parliamentary Standing committees.
The voting has run among 46 MPs.
D.Odbayar was re-elected as head of the Standing committee on justice with 88.6 per cent votes; J.Sukhbaatar--as head of the Standing committee on state structure with 81.8% votes; R.Bud--as head of the Standing committee on economics with 88.6% votes; O.Chuluunbat--as head of the committee on budget (90.9%); D.Baldan-Ochir--on environment, food and agriculture (82.6%); A.Tleikhan--on social policy, education, culture and science (80%); and E.Monkh-Ochir--on security and foreign policy (84.8%).
