MPP sets up 9 groups to redress people’s grievances in Mongolia

The MPP group in Parliament met today to hear MPs’ reports on what they learnt from people in their electoral districts.

There were recurrent complaints of lack of infrastructure, dearth of employment opportunities, insufficient living facilities, and too few schools and kindergartens. There were questions on shares of the Tavantolgoi deposit.

The head of the group, D.Lundeejantsan, told media that nine working groups have been set up to process the feedback and resolve difficulties in local settlements.
