Draft amendments to laws backed
The cabinet meeting held Monday discussed and backed in principle draft amendments to the laws initiated by Kh.Temuujin MP on court, on prosecutorial organization, on advocacy and notary.
The draft amendments regulate matters concerning freeing or firing from job those judges, prosecutors, advocates and notary public who do not attend juridical trainings, and annulling their certificates.
The cabinet has considered as necessity to discuss a draft new wording of the law on oil initiated by P.Altangerel, J.Batsuuri, Ya.Batsuuri, N.Ganbyamba and Ts.Sedvanchig MPs together with draft new wording of the law on oil worked out by the government.
The same day, the cabinet approved a draft resolution on approval of rules on determining and using symbols of Ministries.
