ROUND TABLE IN VIENNA, MONGOLIA TAKES PART
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The round table meeting themed “Function of small- and medium-sized countries in changeable world” has run on November 15 in Vienna within the 50th anniversary of Mongolia's membership in UN.
It has been co-organized by the Embassy of Mongolia to Austria, societies of Austria's foreign policy, of the UN, and attended by diplomatic corps officials, foreign policy researchers. The meeting has been headed by a former Minister of Foreign relations of Austria V.Par. Some speeches have been presented by J.Enkhsaikhan, the ambassador of Mongolia to Austria, and ambassadors of Finland, Indonesia, South Africa, Chile.
They have talked about the UN reform, functions of the small- and medium-sized countries in international relations and in the globalization era, and they cooperate with each other. In the fields of the round table, the ambassador of Mongolia spoke about Mongolia's foreign policies and activities in the UN.
