ABOUT IMPLEMENTATION OF GOVERNMENTAL WORKS
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Head of the Cabinet Secretariat of Government Ch.Khurelbaatar gave report on implementation of the governmental works in the third quarter of 2011.
The cabinet took measures for realizing 5,921 clauses of 3,917 governmental decisions. Of them, 1,840 clauses or 31.1 per cent were implemented, 3,982 clauses are in the implementation, an implementation term of 100 clauses have not been determined yet, and 18 measures have been delayed, he said.
The cabinet considered 6,190 clauses of 4,050 decisions from parliamentary and governmental resolutions, decrees of President, recommendations of the National Security Council (NSC), orders of Premier and notes of the cabinet meetings. Some 80 per cent of the clauses have been implemented. In addition, measures have been taken to implement 266 clauses of 133 decisions from parliamentary and governmental resolutions, decrees of President and recommendations of the National Security Council. Some 27 per cent of them, or 60 clauses, have been realized. Ministers, heads of agencies, governors of aimags and the city Mayor were ordered to fully implement the resolutions and decisions delayed.
At the cabinet meeting, the Ministers got acquainted with governmental activities done in October 2011. In the last month, the cabinet met four times to consider 53 issues and to get familiarized with 22 matters. In accordance with decisiond of the cabinet, seven issues will be submitted to parliament, four will be conveyed to legislators, two will be consulted with Standing committees, one issue will be conveyed to the State Head, and three will be presented to the NSC. Seven matters were suspended.
