"PARTNERSHIP COOPERATION IN REDUCING DISASTER RISKS" SEMINAR RUNS
A “Partnership cooperation in reducing disaster risks” national seminar ran on November 24.
It has been organized by a project on “Strengthening the disaster mitigation and management system in Mongolia” of UNDP.
The National council on disaster risks reduction will be working on uniting activities in reducing risks, on reflecting them in development policy and programmes, elaborating policy recommendations, mediating between the sides, and on setting up risks reduction fund. The seminar has been attended by 80 representatives of the state organizations, NGOs, international organizations.
