Managing officials of Chinese city visiting Ulaanbaatar
Deputy Mayor B.Baatarzorig received managing officials of the city of Ereen, China on Friday.
Ereen City Party Chairmen Vyani Jani Dun noted that two million people visited China through the city’s border point, 60 percent of whom were Ulaanbaatar residents. He noted that the city has a desire to expand trade relations and cooperation in the culture and education sectors. Vyani Jani Dun said the visit is aimed at opening a representative’s office in Ulaanbaatar. B.Baatarzorig stated that Ulaanbaatar should study Ereen’s city planning and construction experiences. Managing officials of Ereen also proposed organizing an Ulaanbaatar festival in Ereen next summer.
