Operation of 73 mineral companies with special licenses terminated
State Specialized Inspection Agency checked Urt law implementation and entities which are mining gold from bench operating in eleven aimags.
There were one-hundred thirty-two entities that have special license included in this checkup.
Also, there were several illegal companies operating their operation. There were no plan of their mining operation, exhortation and they did not establish contract to use water and during their mining process they did not exhortation in the mining area. The latter could not produce mining operation plans, they did not have contracts to use water, and there are signs of exhortation in the mining area.
The State Specialized Inspection Agency terminated seventy three companies with violations and levied fines totaling 43.1 million MNT. 718.6 grams of illegally mined gold went to the Government income. The companies whose contracts were terminated include Enkh Khulan Trade, Uvug deedsiin ger, Ariun Burd, Ar Gurvan Saikhan, Grand Magnat, New Grand Mine, Juus,Istem,Aynaa Ulzii, Uyanga Ireedui, Erdenesiin khotkhon, Knelhab, Buyant dov, Altan yondoi, Lansiin tsagaan ovoo, Khaan soyolj and Altai Gold.
Officials of State Specialized Inspection Agency also revoked their panning tools. The Khar tarvagatai and JCRR companies had their 11809A, 10632A special licenses operations terminated and were fined 561.6 MNT.
