MONGOLIA TRADED WITH 122 COUNTIRIES
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ In the first 10 months of 2011, Mongolia traded with 122 countries from all over the world.
A total external trade turnover reached 9,141.0 million US dollars--exports 3,788.6 million US dollars and imports 5,352.4 mln.US dollars.
External trade balance showed a deficit of 1,563.7 million US dollars in the first 10 months of 2011, increased by 1,305.7 million US dollars or 6.1 times compared to the same period of the previous year.
External trade balance showed a deficit of 219.2 million US dollars in October of 2011, increased 201.3 million US dollars or 12.3 times from 17.9 million US dollars deficit in October of 2010.
Total external trade turnover increased by 4,331.2 million US dollars or 90.0 percent compared to the same period of the previous year, of which imports up by 2,818.4 million US dollars or 2.1 times, and exports up by 1,512.7 million US dollars or 66.5 percent.
