INNOVATION MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER MATTERS DISCUSSED
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ A meeting on innovation management and technology transfer has been held for the second time here by Information Communication Technology and Post Authority jointly with the World Technopolis Association (WTA), UNESCO and University of Sciences and Technology.
Aims of the action are to strengthen capability of sciences and technology, establish a cluster of high technology, develop here an effective system of national innovations.
Present were 70 delegates, including professors, scientists and researchers from universities, state organizations and scientific institutions.
Dr Yoslan Nur, a Programme Specialist, Division for Science Policy and Capacity Building of UNESCO in France, and Deog-Seong Oh, a Secretary General ofv the WTA and others gave reports and shared experiences.
