Government plans to increase wages next year

Government has planned to increase wages of the state workers by 48% next year. The documents for this project is ready and wages will be increased with two stages according to the document. The wages of the state workers will be increased by 25% on the 1st of March and by 23% on the 1st of May respectively. The first increase will be calculated in accordance with the amount that each employee earns to decrease the wage gaps. The second increase will be directly calculated as 23%. The Government has decided to decrease wage gaps by the decision above and is also looking to do that in the future.
