In conjunction with the film festival, the Mongolian Art Council and the NGO Globe International are jointly organizing a three-day training program at the Mongolia-French Center for Mongolian filmmakers to improve their professional knowledge.
The program will be led by D.Ariunsaikhan, a professor at the Babelsberg film school in Potsdam, Germany.
