D.DORLIGJAV MEETS BRITISH AMBASSADOR TO TALK ABOUT PROJECT
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The State General prosecutor office requested Great Britain's government to finance a project "Prosecutors Exchange" worked out together with International association of prosecutors.
In view of this, the General prosecutor of Mongolia D.Dorligjav met Mrs. Torda Abbot, the ambassador of Great Britain to Mongolia on November 7.
D.Dorligjav has expressed a hope that the prosecutors organizations of the two countries will develop more their cooperation.
Mrs. Torda Abbot wished Mongolia's State general prosecutor office a successful implementation of its ties, reflected in the Constitution.
The government of Great Britain informed that it will support and finance the project, she said.
Within the project, two Mongolian prosecutors will visit the Prosecutor office in Canada to get au fait with investigation of criminal cases.
Together with the Canadian prosecutors, they will plan training materials and conduct trainings.
The project will be implemented from December 1 of 2011 up to March 1 of 2012. Report on the project will be passed by International association of prosecutors to the supporter side of Great Britain.
