BOROO GOLD AND MATERNITY HOUSE
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A ceremony to sign a trilateral memorandum ran between the Ministry of Health, the Capital City Governor's office and the Boroo Gold LLC September 6.
The company intends to issue eight billion togrog for erecting the new maternity house. A current house, located in the city's Sukhbaatar district, will be destroyed to spare a place for the new one.
As the company calculates, 500 million from this sum will be spent for destroying the old building and for drawing out an architecture plan, one billion togrogs will be located in account of the Khan bank at the first turn, and remaining finance will be given in accordance with the official contract.
The sides have agreed to have a Minister of health issue an order on creating a joint working group so that all matters of the cooperation are thoroughly considered.
