Mongolian Parliament Speaker praise PM Yingluck’s role in promoting national reconciliation
BANGKOK, 28 April 2013 (NNT) – The Speaker of the Parliament of Mongolia has praised Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra’s role in the promotion of national reconciliation.
During an official visit to Mongolia, PM Yingluck met with the Speaker of Mongolian Parliament Zandaakhuu Enkhbold at State Palace.
Mr. Enkhbold noted that the Thai Premier’s official visit will help strengthen and expand relations between the two countries.
He also showed his admiration to Ms. Yingluck for her dedication to promote reconciliation in Thailand and for being an inspiration for the women of Mongolia.
Meanwhile, PM Yingluck stated that her trip to Mongolia demonstrated Thailand’s determination to bring closer both nations, which have recently celebrated 40 years of diplomatic ties.
The Thai PM also met with the female members of the Mongolian Parliament, who appreciated the Yingluck government’s establishment of the Women’s Development Fund, aimed at promoting the potential and opening more doors for women and children.
