Backstreet Boys concert in Mongolia rescheduled

The May 23 Backstreet Boys concert in Mongolia, was re-scheduled to take place on June 15, according to Kh.Batjargal, manager of Evento Company, the Mongolian organizer of the concert.

Earlier this month, the world famous Backstreet Boys, announced on their Facebook page that they were set to perform a concert in Mongolia. After several days they withdrew Mongolia from the upcoming tours on their official website. This caused many people to wonder if they were really coming to Mongolia. Evento explained that the planned venue of the concert, the Buyant Ukhaa Sports Complex, had different events on the same day, hence the date had to be postponed to another available day.

Tickets for the Backstreet Boys concert will be cost 100,000 MNT, and will be on sale soon. “We have designed the ticket and sent it to them. The tickets will be produced as a card like the MLTR (Michael Learns to Rock) concert”, said Kh.Batjargal.

Although established only last year, the Evento Company is becoming a leading show business company in Mongolia. The company successfully organized concerts by the well-known Danish pop band, Michael Learns to Rock, and the UK Beatles tribute band, Bootleg Beatles.
