PENSIONS AUGMENTED
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ Pensioners will take now augmented by MNT 35 thousand pensions calcuated from the first of February of this year. Related obligations were given to the Minister of Social Welfare and Labor and Minister of Finance at a cabinet meeting on Friday.
Now, an average of pension, granted from the social insurance fund, has increased by 27.8 per cent against the previous augmenting, reaching MNT 162 thous. Moreover, a minimum size of typical pension has reached MNT 140,300, and minimum size of percentage-balanced pension--MNT 105.200. It means that the pension size per person will increase 53.8 per cent against 2008 after this May's augmenting.
