STATE SECRETARY MEETS CZECH AMBASSADOR
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs B.Batkhishig received on Wednesday Mr. Vaclav Jilek, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic to Mongolia.
The Ambassador congratulated Batkhishig on taking the office and said that a delegation, led by Martin Kuba, the Minister of Industry and Trade, will pay a working visit to Mongolia on April 23-26. He introduced to the State Secretary a matter on organization of the 4th meeting of the Mongolia-Czech intergovernmental commission on trade, economics, sciences and technical cooperation, to be held within the visit. Some 20 representatives of companies engaged in mining, energy, banking, financing and infrastructure, will accompany the Minister, soth sides are to run a business meeting also, he added.
In turn, B.Batkhishig expressed satisfaction with meeting with the new Ambassador, and hoped that the upcoming visit of the Czech Minister will significantly contribute to the bilateral comprehensive relations in trade and economic fields. He said the Mongolian side is ready to make efforts to successfully and fruitfully organize the Mongolia-Czech intergovernmental commission meeting and the Mongolia-Czech business meeting.
As the two sides agreed, the bilateral business meeting will run on April 24 in the Foreign Investment and Foreign Trade Agency of Mongolia.
