Package law adopts

Parliament adopted a package of law which presented by the President of Mongolia on March 7. Package included Law on Court, Law on Judge, Law on Layers. The new laws gives more possibility freedom and independent to the courts, to regulate judges pressure, increase judges skills. When President Ts.Elbegdorj took his position he declared to do reform in justice and court.

All package included 6 law and three of them adopted. Spring session of the parliament will discuss another three: Law on Court administration, Law on Court’s citizens representatives, Law on Consent.
