CABINET MEETING IN BRIEF
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ On Wednesday, the cabinet backed in principle draft amendments to the laws initiated by the President on criminal, criminal procedure, implementation of court decisions, court, emergency situation and civil registration. Some proposals from cabinet members will be submitted to the initiator.
- The Minister of Road, Transportation, Construction and Urban Development Ts.Dashdorj spoke about an implementation of the state policy in railway transportation. The cabinet obliged him to submit to the National Security Council an issue of actions in this sphere.
- The cabinet discussed and backed a draft amendment to the law on special license of enterprisers. It will be submitted to parliament.
- The Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy D.Zorigt was appointed the head of the Mongolian side of the Mongolia-Russia intergovernmental commission on the trade, economics, sciences and technical cooperation.
- A suggestion was backed by the cabinet to award B.Buyanjav, a deputy head of the General Authority for Border Protection, a military title of Brigadier general. This matter will be submitted to the State Head.
