R.Gonchigdorj nominated as Deputy Speaker

The Democratic Party caucus meeting discussed the issue of the vacant post of Deputy Speaker on Tuesday April 30th after the dismissal of S.Bayartsogt. The head of the DP caucus in Parliament, D.Erdenebat, reported to journalists that the majority of the caucus members agreed to nominate MP R.Gonchigdorj to the position of Deputy Speaker.

According to the head of DP caucus, D.Erdenebat, MPs believe that R.Gonchigdorj has the potential to be the Deputy Speaker with his knowledge, skill and experience.

When DP conducted a poll on nominee’s names, MP R.Gonchigdorj won most of the members` votes.
