Inner Mongolia, Guangdong to promote new products
Hohhot (CNS) -- A press conference for a week-long activity aimed at promoting cooperation between Guangdong province and Inner Mongolia was held in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, on Monday.
Speaking at the press conference, Li Bingrong, director of the technology department of Inner Mongolia, said the activity has been designed to promote the development of new products by combining Guangdong's advanced technology with the abundant resources of Inner Mongolia.
Located in northern China, Inner Mongolia features vast resources such as forests, rare earth and agricultural products, Li said.
The activity can serve as a platform for Inner Mongolia to introduce advanced technologies from Guangdong, so as to set up a green industrial chain for the animal husbandry industry in the region.
With its location advantages, Guangdong can also help bring Inner Mongolia's special products to countries across the world via ports in the Pearl River Delta.
The activity week will start in Guangzhou this Saturday.
