Officials’ income declaration should be publicized
Anti-corruption law states that officials` income and asset declarations should be posted in a State press release in the second quarter of the year.
According to the anti-corruption law, the Income and Asset Declaration of a total of 237 state high officials including the President of Mongolia, Speaker of Parliament and Prime Minister gave their Income and Asset Declaration of 2012 to the Anti-Corruption Authority.
These State high officials are members of the State Great Khural or Parliament, Ministers and officials of State Agencies, the President, Speaker and Prime Minister.
