PREMIER AT CLOSING CEREMONY OF SPORTS GAMES
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Prime Minister S.Batbold has said the 13th Sports Games of Mongolia was a test for Mongolian Olympic sportsmen.
He said it at a closing ceremony of the Games on Wednesday in the Buyant-Ukhaa sports palace. He underlined that the Sports Games have attracted people to sports and contributed to preparing of new sports people. Then he wished the national teams to win medals at the London Olympic Games.
In the 13th Sports Games, some five thousand athletes competed in 27 events.
The very first such Games took place in 1961.
