PALACE FOR TEACHERS OPENS
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Prime Minister S.Batbold addressed an opening ceremony of the Teachers' Development Palace on Wednesday.
“Intelligent Mongolians will develop the country instead of exploiting the Oyu tolgoi and Tavan tolgoi deposits, that is why it is vital to pay a great attention to the educational sector," the Premier stressed.
"Our mineral resources and other advantages give the impetus to the development of the country but the most important motivation is a preparation of highly educated Mongolians," he said, adding that Mongolia has launched a big work to introduce Cambridge international standards in connection with transmitting into the 12-year secondary education.
