B.Khurts may be extradited to Germany on Friday

There is speculation that B.Khurts, Head of Administration at the National Security Council, might be extradited from Britain to Germany on Friday. In accordance with a decision by a court in London, his extradition has been delayed until his appeals have been exhausted. According to Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs B.Bolor, B.Khurts’s attorney has reported that B.Khurts has decided not to appeal his case in the British courts, so he will be extradited to Germany on August 19. The case was discussed at Wednesday’s meeting of the Cabinet.
