JCI president visits Mongolia
Kentaro Harada, the head of Junior Chamber International (JCI), visited Mongolia on August 27 and 28. JCI is a non-political and non-sectarian youth service organization. Its members are between the ages of 18 and 40. Their goal is to create positive changes in the world.
Mr. Harada met with Prime Minister S. Batbold yesterday. Mr. Harada also met with members of JCI Mongolia. He said he was impressed with JCI Mongolia’s organization and operation. The president of JCI Mongolia is B. Batzaya.
JCI has 5,000 branches and 200,000 active members in 120 countries. The next JCI World Forum will be held in Belgium in November. A senior economist at JCI, U. Batbayr, will be a candidate for vice president of the organization.
