Ch. Ganzorig becomes president of olympic boxing federation
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Director of the "Erdenet" Mining Corporation Ch.Ganzorig has been elected the president of Mongolia's Olympic Boxing Federation (MOBF).
This decision was made at the Executive council's meeting held last week.
Boxing sport is one of the highly-developed sports in Mongolia--our boxers have won gold, silver and bronze medals in the World and the Asian championships, Olympic Games and World cup competitions.
"Sport and Erdenet Corporation are the twins," Ganzorig underlined during a ceremony of the 20th anniversary of the "Khangarid" sports club at the "Erdenet" Mining Corporation.
By the way, the Corporation makes investments of MNT 800 million a year in supporting athletes.
