Sorbic Int'l books FY pretax loss of £6.1m
Sorbic Int'l booked a FY pretax loss of £6.1m, from £0.14m a year ago. The result included an impairment provision of £6.7m in respect of the company's inner Mongolia facility.
Revenue was £14.6m, from £16.8m.
"The Board is pleased that during the year the core business has significantly improved profitability and more than doubled EBITDA," said chairman John McLean.
"The Board remains focused on resolving cash flow constraints, as well as continuing to work to seek a conclusion of the negotiations regarding the Inner Mongolia facility, and will update shareholders on this matter in due course."
Revenue was £14.6m, from £16.8m.
